IS 8918 - Internships

Students may receive elective credit for an IT-related internship, which may be paid or unpaid. For more information on internships, students should contact Career Services.

Students must complete an application and submit a 1-page job description to Career Services. Both the application and the job description must be signed by the supervisor. During the course of a semester, the student is required to submit online deliverables describing progress towards meeting course objectives. The supervisor must also submit an evaluation of the intern's performance to the Program Director. Internships are graded on a satisfactory(S) / unsatisfactory (U) scale.
